We bridge the gap between affordability and sustainability, using advertising revenue to offer all users 10 minutes of free cycling every day. A bit about the role
We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to hit the streets of London and introduce local venues to Forest, the city’s leading shared eBike platform. From buzzing cafés and bars to boutique gyms, galleries, and independent shops, you’ll be the friendly face helping connect London’s most-loved places with our growing, eco-conscious rider base.
This is the ideal role for someone energetic, confident, and passionate about London’s local scene. It’s a hybrid position, with time spent in the office for planning and reporting, and in the field building real-world relationships that drive real-world footfall.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Daily Outreach: Visit or speak with 4–8 local venues per day across key London neighbourhoods
- Pitch Forest: Confidently present the Forest platform to venue owners and managers, highlighting the benefits of reaching our highly engaged, sustainability-minded users
- Onboard New Partners: Sign up new businesses to Forest, ensuring they understand how to promote themselves via our app and eBikes
- Track Progress: Keep accurate records of outreach, conversations, and conversions using our CRM tools
- Feedback & Learn: Report insights and feedback to the commercial team to improve our product-market fit and identify new opportunities
Who you are:
- 1–2 years’ experience in sales, field marketing, partnerships, brand ambassador work or hospitality
- Energetic, outgoing, and confident approaching businesses face-to-face
- Super organised, with a strong work ethic and ability to manage your daily schedule independently
- Passionate about London, you know what’s cool, what’s trending, and what people want to discover
- A strong communicator who builds trust quickly and makes great first impressions
- Excited about supporting local businesses and contributing to a greener, smarter city
